Jacob Philip

I have known Jacob aka Jake aka Anish, since he was a youngin. His brother Alan and I were very close friends, and Jacob and my brother, Binil, were the absolute best friends. It worked out really well to have our duo brothers to hang out, do sleep overs, and cause ruckus.

Jacob is my younger brother. We often said that we should have swapped and it should’ve been Alan and Binil and then Jacob and I. Sometimes I think my own parents consider him as their son. When I look at Jacob, I am daily reminded of my brother and for some time that was hard, but now I see what a blessing it is. Jake continues to fill in as the other Samuel son and has been a great older brother and friend to my own sister. Having Jake stand up here with me is meaningful in many ways.
